RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Products Made To Order:

Laronna is able to offer thousands of exciting new product options only through a process called on-demand production. It is not possible for a company to keep stock or inventory for thousands of options while still releasing relevant designs of today’s newest trends.

When a customer places an order, we manufacture then fulfill. The manufacturing process includes printing your designs, cutting fabric to your size and sewing the panels together into our unique all over print wearable garment. This process takes a minimum of 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy:

We enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation policy on all orders, including pre-orders. This policy is not negotiable. After 24 hours we begin manufacturing your product to your specified design, garment and size. Any cancelled orders will result in wasted materials, labor and possible delay for other customers.

Any cancellations after 24 hours are entitled to the following:

  • Your orders full value, including shipping and taxes, in store credit.
  • A refund to your original payment method, minus a 30% restocking fee, including shipping and taxes.
  • These options are not negotiable.

Estimated Shipping Date:

Laronna provides an estimated shipping date through our order tracking system.   This shipping date is an estimate based on orders most similar to yours and does not include final delivery time to your address. We do not guarantee your order will ship by this date, this is only an estimate. We do not provide any refunds, discounts or any compensation for orders that do not ship by the estimated date.

Production Time:

Laronna is unable to immediately ship or exceedingly expedite your order. All products require a minimum of 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Multi-product orders and rompers for men may take longer due to high demand. We do not guarantee your order will be produced by a specific date, this is only an estimate. We do not provide any refunds, discounts or any compensation for orders that require additional production time.

All Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:

Customers may request a refund, return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed. Products showing any sign of wear, wash or odor will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs and duty taxes.

We must receive and process your returned items before any refund or exchange is provided. It can take up to 10 days to fully process your return.

All Faulty, Incorrect or Missing Products:

We apologize for any product issues and strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, or if you did not receive an item, please review the options below.

We do not require you to return faulty or incorrect products if you can provide us images via email.

Final Sale Policy:

All orders using store credit or gift cards are final.

 

Returns Address:

All returned products must include proof of purchase and reason for return.  We require up to 10 days to process your return once received.
